Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at Jaboli Boutique Online.

We have a 12-calendar day return policy for shipped merchandise, which means you have 12 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at jaboli@bellnet.ca If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as jewellery, hair barrettes, hats, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift certificates. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. No Refunds on local, or instore pick up orders. Exchange or Credit Note Only within 14 days of purchase


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Approved Return Process 

  1. To obtain an RA number, please send an email to Jaboli@bellnet.ca  including the following information: your full name, telephone number, address, order number, item(s) being returned, and reasons for the return.

  2. Place the items in a secure shipping container, making sure to clearly indicate your name, order number, and RA number.

  3. Please email us the Tracking number for the package you are returning.

  4. Ensure that there are no other shipping or tracking labels attached to your package.

  5. It is important to use a trackable and insured shipping method with a signature option. Please note that we cannot accept returns without an RA number or returns sent COD (Cash on Delivery). Such returns will be refused upon delivery.

         *Please be aware that Jaboli Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen returns during transit.*

  1. Please make sure to prominently display your order number and RA number on the return label.
